With more than fifteen years of experience, Fernando has advised national and foreign clients regarding labor law and social security. His experience in the matter includes those related to labor compliance, such as the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, hiring strategies for both nationals and expatriates, strategies for the termination of the employment relationship of high-level executives and regular employees, the planning and execution of employee transfers, labor subcontracting, profit sharing ("PTU"), internal work regulations, internal policies, employee manuals, among others, applicable in companies.

Likewise, Fernando has successfully advised on the design of employment structures, compensation and benefits for executives and employees, the negotiation and termination of collective bargaining agreements, advising companies in order to ensure that they comply with all the requirements required by labor laws, labor authorities (both federal and local) and internal labor audits.
Fernando has led highly complex consulting, as well as the opening, expansion and/or restructuring of the operations of companies in Mexico on the occasion of transactional operations (Due Diligence) both nationally and transnationally, which may originate from mergers and acquisitions (Mergers & Acquisitions), or Joint Ventures, but not limited to the development of new affiliates and/or subsidiaries, as well as the implementation of employment obligations in the creation of new companies, the analysis of the consequences derived from them and the planning of employment strategies to carry out the closing of company operations.
Likewise, he has represented clients in sectors and industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, aeronautics, financial, information technology, entertainment, mining, telecommunications, among others.
He has also participated as a speaker in various forums regarding his area of expertise and has participated in the publication of labor-related articles.
